Introducing Ingrid Saenger, the visionary founder of Choose Well Coaching, dedicated to inspiring transformation. From Johannesburg, South Africa, to a leading advocate for vitality, her remarkable journey spans over three decades.

Ingrid's fascination with the convenience of drive-throughs once defined her relationship with food, but it was a pivotal moment when she reached her peak weight of 203 pounds, that she realized the true cost of this convenience.

At the age of 30, she embarked on a transformative path, enlisting the guidance of a dedicated trainer and ultimately shedding an impressive 70 pounds. Her journey became her life's mission: empowering men and women aged 40 and beyond to reclaim their lives and rewrite the rules of aging.

Today, Ingrid believes that your body is your lifelong home, your sacred temple, and the one place you can truly call your own.
